Christof Deininger - Founder
Christof is
the Founder of Sitex. He left his
home country Germany in 1998 in order to continue
his study of Slavic cultures. While working in the
Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk, Christof
was fortunate to meet some very talented graduates.
Christof started a new company in early 2003 and
named it “Siberian IT Experts”, a name that was soon
after shortened to “Sitex”.
Christof
graduated from the J.W. Goethe University in
Frankfurt, having studied Russian Philology and
Political Science. He is fluent in English and also
has knowledge of French and Polish.
Christof
lives in Krasnoyarsk with his wife and two sons;
they all enjoy camping by the river and harvesting
potatoes during the hot summer months.

Andrey Schreiner -
Managing Director
Andrey
joined Sitex as Operational Director in 2004 and
rapidly became an indispensable member of the team.
His knowledge and experience of Russian law and, in
particular, Russian bureaucracy have saved Sitex
significant time and resources. Andrey’s ability to
forecast revenue and to manage cash flow is second
to none. In 2009 Andrey took over the
responsibilities of Managing Director.
Andrey has a
higher juridical education, specializing in civil
law and process; he also has profound knowledge in
the field of foreign trade activities.
Andrey lives in Krasnoyarsk
with his wife and his son.

Richard Wilkinson -
Technical Director
Richard joined
Sitex in 2009 when he moved to Krasnoyarsk from
Cambridge, England. He brings with him over 10 years of
experience in the Software development industry. During
that time, Richard has performed the roles of Software
Engineer, Engineering Team Leader and Product Manager.
At Sitex, Richard provides the main contact point for
our clients, manages development team operations and
oversees all English language based marketing
activities.
Richard
graduated from Brunel University, London, with a degree
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Richard
specialized in communications and is a big proponent of
VoIP.
Richard is
enjoying living in Krasnoyarsk with his wife and son. He
is studying Russian language in his spare time at the
Siberian Federal University.
